House of Ghosts

House of Ghosts by House of Ghosts   (November 11, 2011)

As far as indie-pop goes, well let’s be real,  it mostly sucks.  You’d have to be a shallow, lifeless fool to enjoy every piece of catchy garbage thats tossed your way by the major music industry without realizing its recycled material.  But every once in a while there’s a diamond to be had.  Along the lines of Broken Bells or the New Pornographers, House of Ghosts is exactly the diamond I’ve been waiting for.  It’s completely unique, while dangerously similar (something very difficult to pull off).
